A family legacy of excellence in construction and development

The story of Bonei Binyan goes back to Eliezer Meidanik and his partner Mordechai, who founded the company way back in 1972 with the intent of introducing an innovative approach to the Israeli construction industry.

Eliezer’s son Haim later joined the company, and together they began to develop and construct groundbreaking projects, remarkable in their quality and appearance.

Today, more than 50 years later, Bonei Binyan boasts more than 500 completed projects with a total area of over 500K sqm, throughout Israel.

Bonei Binyan is a long-standing family-owned construction company accommodating a wide range of Israeli real estate projects, particularly in high-demand areas in the Sharon region.

It has been ranked among the top 100 construction companies in Israel for dozens of years.

Since its inception, Bonei Binyan Group has cemented its position as a leader of Israeli real estate, with three generations of family-led real estate endeavor.

The founding generation that led the company in its early years gave way to the second generation, which developed and constructed large-scale projects throughout Israel, expanding the company.

Currently, Bonei Binyan’s third generation is continuing the family legacy, leading the company forward with the establishment of an entrepreneurial division, and continuing to develop diverse projects including residential, commercial, and public buildings.

Haim Meidan
Chairman and owner

More than 50 years of real estate experience. Haim joined the company as a young man, only three years after its inception, and has developed and expanded it from a small company to one of Israel’s top-rated construction companies.

Haim currently serves as Bonei Binyan’s chairman, contributing from his immense experience to its continued growth.

Haim’s rich managerial experience, professional acumen, intimate acquaintance with the field, and vision for the future, are instrumental to the company. 

Having successfully accompanied hundreds of diverse projects over the years, in the past two decades he has led the company’s expansion to developing and constructing complex real estate projects.

Alon Meidan
Co-CEO

In charge of the Entrepreneurial Division and for promoting the company’s Urban Renewal Division. 

Alon is a licensed attorney by trade and a natural-born entrepreneur. A true people’s person, with the ability to recognize opportunities and develop innovative and groundbreaking projects.

He is a bachelor of law (LLB, cum laude) as well as a bachelor of business administration (BBA, cum laude).

Alon joined the ranks of Bonei Binyan about 15 years ago.

Noam Meidan
Co-CEO

A talented and experienced manager with the ability to lead large teams and execute complex projects.

Noam is in charge of company operations, managing schedules and budgets, and adhering to the highest quality standards.

He manages the company’s professional team which includes engineers, construction managers, and workers.

He has a bachelor’s degree in law (LLB) and a master’s degree in business administration (MBA).

Noam joined the ranks of Bonei Binyan about 12 years ago.

Avner Nadav
CFO

A finance expert, with in-depth knowledge and experience in financial management and accountancy in real estate companies. Avner joined Bonei Binyan in 2020.

A certified CPA, Avner has a B.A. in business administration, specializing in financing and capital markets.

Working as one big family is a commitment.

The company is currently managed by co-CEOs Alon and Noam Meidan – third generation real estate developers.

The company assumes responsibility for the outcome of each project, as well as for each and every construction stage, from commencement to completion.

All stages, from contract signing and project planning, through construction, and up to inspection, are conducted in-house.

The company’s operational branch, it is in charge of planning, supervision, and execution of construction at the highest standard, from the permit stage to handover. A highly skilled team of engineers, project managers, work managers, and safety coordinators lead each project, ensuring efficiency and safety.

Engineering and Execution Department

Coordinating between all the elements involved in the project. The department is the main engine behind the company’s urban renewal projects, entrusted with promoting the company’s planning and getting each project to actual construction as quickly as possible. The department is responsible, among other things, for promoting projects in municipal planning departments, while maintaining close contact will all the elements involved.

Planning Department

The department plays a vital role in supporting residents throughout the entire process of apartment alterations as part of the company’s projects. The team is responsible for providing explanations to clients about suppliers and apartment plans, so that alternations can be made quickly and efficiently in accordance with resident needs, including building walls, moving electric outlets, room alterations, choosing flooring and sanitary appliances, etc.

Personal assistance in choosing an apartment in the most suitable project for the client, with a professional response to each request and availability at all stages. Our professional and highly skilled team includes marketing managers, sales coordinators, and sales managers, who work closely with clients and provide personal, efficient, and dedicated service.

Marketing and Sales Department

Preparing a budget for each project, and managing it accurately and transparently, handling all the project’s financial aspects. Our highly skilled team is in charge of budget control, expenses monitoring, and real-time risk identification.

Budgetary Control Department

A crucial component in promoting the company’s urban renewal tenders. The department is in charge of project preparation, including planning, report preparation, and filling out proposals for residents. Its skilled team operates in collaboration with relevant external elements, while maintaining transparency and integrity.

Tenders Department

Managing Bonei Binyan’s financial activity. The department team is in charge of managing budgets, cash flow, payments, collection, and financial reports.

Finance Department

Our inspection patrol is prepared to quickly handle all the company’s inspection calls, emphasizing execution quality and a high level of service for company clients.
