Should you wish to remove your details from the aforementioned databases, you must apply to the Group (or anyone on its behalf) in writing, in accordance with the provisions of law. • Information Security

• We make reasonable efforts to implement and maintain the security of the Website and the personal information of Website Users. While these systems mitigate the risk of an unauthorized breach into the computers of the Group and/or anyone on its behalf, they do not provide absolute security. • The Group will act in accordance with applicable law in any case of violation of security, confidentiality, or integrity of your personal information. As required according to our discretion or by applicable law, we will notify you via email, SMS, or a prominent notice on the Website, as soon as possible and without unreasonable delay, as long as the notification coincides with (1) legitimate law enforcement considerations; or (2) any means necessary to determine the scope of the violation and to reinstate the information system’s integrity.
